That's it for the A mains. As for a complete list of all mains, nope, I don't have it. See my earlier posts regarding Autoscore and other problems.
Hope this gives some good insight on what's going on. Will try to have better coverage next time...

I see Mike D was laying it down in stock 12th scale and Stock sedan. Way to go Mike.
Damn not Chris Tossilini in the A main. I guess his Yoke didn't have it today.

Has anyone else noticed this. Looking at the points after round 3 we had this.
1. Mike Dunnigan 0 pts
2. Scotty Ersnt 0 pts
3. Kevin Mitchell 2 pts
4. Alex Lopez 2 pts
Looking at the main setup we have this.
1. Mike Dunnigan
2. Alex Lopez
3. Scotty Ernst
4. Kevin Mitchell
Now looking at this one would have to assume that Mike Dunnigan got another 0 points. But with both Scotty and Mike having 0 points how did Alex sneak up in between them? Where did Alex get his 0 points? Don't get me wrong as all of these guys can wheel a car but I am just trying to figure out the point system here.
Here is another example after round 3.
1. Billy Spence 0 pts
2. Shad Galante 0 pts
3. Mo Denton 2 pts
4. Mike Dunnigan 3 pts
Mains
1. Mike Dunnigan
2. Billy Spence
3. Shad Galante
4. Mo Denton
Are they only taking your best 1 run and how you finished and seating the mains? I thought it was your best 2 and then if there was a tie breaker they would go to total laps or something like that.
Thoughts?

This is for futureal or anyone else who is there and can get a look at the quals and study it??
I am curious how the new point system is working. Yes, it's a new one. From what I can gather, it's almost a rocket round. Out of 4 quals, you get your best points, 0, 2, 3, 4 and that is your position. If a tie, they go to your times-14/5:01.01, 14/5:01.02, etc...that's what I was told.
You could get 4 TQ's with 0 pts...
At the end of the day, if there are 4 racers with 4 pts, do they all then take the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, position automatically? Even if there is one or two racers with 5 pts that have faster times?
It seems it took us so long to figure out the 2 quals=best times. Why did they change it? It is basically a rocket round, kinda. I thought the idea was to make sure there was some kind of consistency to their abilities.
Also, a lot of the racers didn't know about this change. Those that had participated in the other nats...off road, or whatever previously, knew about it. There wasn't a big announcement, so some folks were thinking in terms of the old format.
I'm not sure there is one easy format, to make it good for all, but I would just like to understand it better.
Anyone there have time to check on it?
And it's a real shame there isn't more info anywhere!
I just found their website-- www.thercspeedway.com has the mains posted.
