Default F1 Resource question

If I wanted to get an F1 where should I start? Realize there is NO class near me, but I always like open wheel. We are running TCs, but no F1. I can get stuff direct from Japan so is Tamiya the leader in this realm?

yes, tamiya is still the prime chassis for F1 - but there are others that are creeping into the class
