Hello everyone, I present to you my project to add a slipper/differential to the ZX6.
First the slipper/differential, it is made by using some part of the durango DEX410v5 :
Integration in the ZX6 :
The final render :
Lets make it real
3D printed part :
Slipper assembly :
Differential assembly :
Note instead of Durango slipper/differential, we can change diff oil without need of disassemble the slipper clutch
The slipper/differential full assembled :
Everything is ready for the test
Note the steering plate made for easier bump steer adjustement (and it's stronger here than on the hub side)

That's impressive! Very nice. How does it preform? What kind of track do you run on?

I will try this afternoon on my local track (grass, turf and some dirt)

First run done :-)
The car can maintain a lot of speed while turning, I need a litle more setup, because she is too agressive in mid turn

For all you carpet guys I have a setup issue. I'm running the Tebo world setup on carpet and the rear end seems to jump up going over a couple a little jumps any ideas how to fix this?

I'm in holidays with my family, I will give you t dxf for the carbon part and the link printed it on shapeways.
I need to correct the assembly manual to make everything fine ;-)

Anyone try mounting the rear shocks to the rear of the car behind the tower and arms, if so can you post a pic?

I'm swapping out my chassis to a hd chassis on my zx6. In the bag they give you 2 center drive bones with rubber o rings. Tried to use the bones they gave but they are to short. Has anyone else ran into this issue. Thanks.
