Are you looking for bodies that mainly just cool cool or actually perform really well? Protoform Mazdaspeed 6 and LTC-R are great race bodies to start with. Hot Bodies also offers their line of Subaru bodies that are all great performers on the track. Soon the Type C Impreza will be released, which is a great body and looks pretty neato as well.

Spare parts list... Probably good to have a set of belts, some driveshaft bones (Steel options are offered by HB and Exotek if you prefer a more durable setup), steering knuckles, and a few spare arms. Other helpful things would be a selection of spacers in 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, and 2.0mm.

That's my list I usually tell people... others may have some more to add to that
