Tony,

I was looking at pictures of your car. What air filter setup are you running? I also noticed you are running different screws - Tony's Screw Set?
Thanks

Got my Buggy Finished! Very Nice Easy build. Going to hit the track today for some testing/practice. Have Flour-Yellow wing I need to drill out and mount up as well. Planning on racing the new SX8 Sunday, at a local club race.

Thanks KDub!

Basically I'm running Tony's setup (posted on the TQ web site) other than the diff oils. I didn't have the weights specified on the sheet. So I'm going with 5,000F, 5,000C, 2,000R.. might be a big mistake we'll see today.

I should have better selection of Diff oils today but I don't want to wait arround for UPS to show up.. So I'll change them before the race on Sunday if need be.

P.S. also running Mugen Carbon Clutch Shoes, 1.1 Kyosho clutch springs..

My first time out I ran the exact setup you're running, it is definetely a good place to start. I now have 3/5/1 in the diffs and 50/40 with Kyosho Blue Springs in the front and light yellow springs in the rear for the shocks and it's about perfect! Good luck with your testing and let us know how it goes.

Got mine out finally, practicing at the Tiltyard today. Buggy is very fast, experimenting with different tires, no changes so far. Got hit from behind in the air so hard it bent a shock shaft, even scratched some of the anodizing off the shock. So glad I have the extra shock kit! I can't tell if anyone else here has a SX8, they all look the same!
