you can search under members for Mr McGoo. OR after selecting hobbytalk, go to team McGoo and send a pm for Mr Mcgoo there and he should respond.
He just had a baby girl,I believe the sex is correct, so he may be a little slow to respond but I send him a pm about you trying to contact him

If you are running foam on carpet, I would skip the RACER version, racer version is the entry level. Go to the PRO version and upgrade the upper deck, foam towers and foam chassis...then you are ready to go.

I added the front sway bar (thin one), used USA Carpet F/R shock towers, used Carpet upper deck but used the standard chassis. Rear toe set it as low as possible (-2 or less) for USVTA racing (don't need that much toe-in to increase speed). Ride height F 5mm R 5.5mm. Used front 1-way. The key is ROLL CENTER....T/A tend to be very touchy about rolling and you need to spend some time on this matter. Sometime I ended up CA the front edge of the TA tires just to take off some traction to avoid traction rolliing.
If you are using LIPO....balance the car is important, Mi2EC tend to ROLL alot due to the old design of the CG location. I added extra weight on the LIPO side and off set the lipo by 1/2".

whats the internal on the 3.5

Ok, let's have some Mi2 nostalgia.
I have an Mi2 and I'm rebuilding the CVD shafts and fixing a broken one. I assume these are MIP shafts.
The grub screw is completely smooth where you would expect there to be angles for an allen wrench/key. Even the instructions to use an allen key, but it's smooth on the inside.
How in the world do I get the grub screw out? (and back in for that matter)
Thanks!
