I just got the JP8 and was test fitting it on the car. I had to do a triple take on the label to make sure its 190mm and checked the width with the ruler to make sure it is in fact 190mm. The body looks so much wider than others. Theres a good 1cm gap between the front wheel and the body. I dont remember bodies for other manufactures being this wide for a 190mm car.

The rear wing is very wide too - right on the limit here in Australia. The M410 wing is a bit narrower (6mm from memory). Tuning options if you have one of each!

Yeah Im planning on running this body on the Gizmo Beta, cant wait to test it out.

Which line do you trim the body to? Im guessing everyone will slam the body as close to the ground as possible right?

I didnt notice the wing difference, but with such a wide car it should have a wider wing as well.

Our JP8 body shell measure 194mm wide so it's in line with others manufactures who make bodies at 192-193mm wide; the correct trim is the upper line marked on the front splitter and side skirts, follow this line and after cutting place the body at about 8-9mm height from the ground, this is the perfect setting of the body. We recommend to mount the body forwarded about 8mm, use the lines reported in the centre of the front wheel arch, the longer line is "neutral" position. The JP8 it comes with max whidth wing, if you need more rotation because you feel it's to planted on the back, reduce the wing to 18mm height and mount it more forward on the body.

How many mm are each line in the front wheel arch? Would you recommend this same mounting both forward and height for the m410.

Each line is 2mm distance so move the body forward 4 lines to meet the 8mm overall misalignment.

Yes also the M410 need a forward placement to reach the best performance, also in this case use the lines reported in the front whell arch.

Can't seem to find pre-cut M410 bodies, did Bittydesign stop making them?
