Angle of front bar is the flat sections, correct? So when at 90 degrees the bar is hardest because it resists bending more than when it is flat/softest setting? If so what is part# H0108B used for? Is it just for adjusting out any "inaccuracies" in the parts?
Thanks for the help and sorry for so many Questions.

You might have to cut holes in the Frewer to fit.
Yes, when the silver bar is vertical, it is stiffest. When it is horizontal it is softest. The other black lever you were talking about is the adjust so the front lower arms are the same angle. Once that is done you don't touch it anymore.

Yes this is correct.
We all used to be on the HPI board harassing each other till that board went dead for a couple of weeks.

Dear Mr Fok,
Before I can give you an answer on what you need to know about solid/gear diff, you need to tell us more about your car setup such as foam/rubber tire, body you use, the track, traction of the track etc. Otherwise, you are expecting open answers.

That's Ok Novarossi answered my question. I just wanted to know in general what a solid front would do. Not really after the specifics to my car.

I have a buddy with a Impulse running a gear rear diff and solid front axle. The car drives much like it had a front one-way, but with a bit of push. Obviously, the brakes are better too. Dunno about your other proposed options. The only reason I'm not moody about the rain is because that means snowboarding instead of racing.

The setup is ok but you must really play around with the tires...
Try not to go beyond 3 degrees for your rear toe in...

You don't mention which position your shocks are set at. Try laying the rear shocks down all the way and standing the front shocks up all the way. You'll probably have push with it that way, so you should be able to start laying the front shock down one position at a time until you get it right. You also don't mention what inserts you are running. Try a Yokomo firm insert up front and medium in back. You might also try going to a Shimizu 27's up front. Start with 3 deg of rear toe in. Once you get close to the right setup, you should be able to back that off a bit. I run at 2 or 2.5 degrees.
