Hello Guys:
Sorry that some emails looks that aren't answer,some times our server puts them as spam.
Also if you don't have a answer promptly you can also call to our offices.
About the S400 parts, if you check, we are starting to have some parts already. We are wating as they started to become available back again.
We do have some suspension arms and some aluminum parts already back in stock. Not much, but is a start. We should have more available soon.

They're supposed to have a huge parts stock for S400 kits. I remember getting stuff from them last year when S400 parts were almost endangered species
Best way is to call them: 952-303-5785 and ask for parts stock and status and see what they got.

Have you tried MMR? If you cant get S400 from local stores or from Serpent America, give them a try.

Is the S400 discontinued or not ?
I bought a S400. Even when i bought it i heard rumours that it was no longer in production.
Now i broke a spool outdrive in my last race and that part (401098) is out of stock everywhere and no single shop can get all the parts. Even serpentamerica and 2-speed.de have it as out of stock. I sent some mails to some stores and they replied that the kit was stopped (discontinued). Serpent is silent.
This is no way to treat customers or run a company. Before i had the S400, i had 950, 960, 960-07 and 960-08. If this continues, this will be my last Serpent car.
A clarification of what happened/will happen to the S400 would be good.

As mentioned before. MMR have huge lot of S400 parts. You can check with them. We are restocking as they become available again.

Does anyone remember the suspension arms that were mostly molded but were carbon fiber in the core? Does anyone remember what happened to them? I can't find them at all on Serpent America's website. I'm wondering if they were too expensive to sell many of, or if they just decided that it wasn't a good idea.
