Around The Table With Paul Lemieux(RC-America/Thunderpower)

crisis641: i like all of the compounds that are offered from Jaco. The most common compound that we run at the big races now are the DP and majenta. i know that at the snowbirds most of the guys including my self ran Majenta's all the way around.
I dont race a whole lot of 12th scale but i would bring Dp fronts and Yellow rears. and maybe bring just a couple of pairs of pink rears.
Sg1: sound kinda weird to me, the only time that i have a brishless motor feel bound up is when two of the poles are shorted out, and this could be internally, or its most common for me to have some solder (even the smallest of amounts) touching on the motor tabs where you solder on the wires, connecting two of them. sorry i cant help more, but its hard without looking at it. Good luck at the race.
KB: i think around a 5.0.
Anders: I know it is a cheap excuse, but i have not worked for them for a year. But i still do owe you one. Some day My friend.
I truely do feel bad.

Paul, I have a couple questions anout the motors you have been running. At the Novak you ran a 10.5 in 19 turn and at snowbirds you ran the Komodo, which do you feel would be the best to run at carpet nats? just trying to deside what to run since the rules are so screwed up right now Thanks for you time!

wicked-ways: Hey, yea i got it, but i switched to decaf. i am not planning on 12th scale but maybe i will throw it down once or twice. im glad to hear that your going to try it, it will be fun.
KB: 1.70, the same as the old car.
Dawn: not good, we can make it a laughing matter when he gets better.
Mtbboy: SWEET, When is she mooving in. lol
Anders: that is nothing new to me, I Always blame Jim, just ask him.
NHRA: A 10.5 will be quicker than a 19. a 13.5 is not even close to the same speed as a 27t, its way faster. im not totally sure about the rules iether.

Paul, what would you start out at for gearing with a trinity 10.5 and with what size tires? what temp. was it where your your running that gearing, how many runs were you getting out of the rotors, did you run DP or majentas in 19 turn, and what settings were you using on you LRP TC for 19 turn. Thanks for your time
