Good and bad day today. I TQ'ed the first round by 3 seconds and it held until the third round. I knocked another 4 seconds off my TQ time for a 7 second lead over 2nd and 3rd place. First corner in the A-main and 2nd place took me out. After getting knocked back to last place on the grid, I moved back up to 4th place for the finish. Car was very good overall with a mysterious chatter, that I think is from the carpet. I was not the only car with this problem. Still very impressed with the car and the way it handles.

I have mounted my transponder forward of the servo, using one of the spare holes in the lower deck. Out of the way of everything, and mounted down low.

It's not recommended to mount the transponder standing up, and I have seen laps missed because of it.

Mine is in front of the battery with the ears cut off.

I am using a MRT transponder... it's very small and I have cut two of the tabs off as I only need one to mount it to my chassis.

There is LOADS of room infront of the servo for this PT.

Link to some practice today. 6-9 minute mark is pretty good vid of my car. The all white car is a WGT car running 2s lipo / 17.5. I'm the white car with the red black side running 17.5 with rubber tires.

I haven't had any issues with the stock spool and plastic outdrives. They did come out with the steel outdrives that people seem to like. TiR has a titanium spool for use with the yokomo pulley and Rosche also has one anodized red. I'm looking to get the rosche spool myself.
