New Steering for the 22 platform
I may be a dollar short and a day late but has anyone seen this new steering, for the 22 platform, someone has been working on?

This may be a dumb question...but here it goes anyhow... I just purchased the thicker(wider) 1.5mm hex for the rear of my 22 SCT. Since this maxes out the rear do I put wider hexes on the front as well??? Note: I am using the stock 22 SCT rims with stock offset...thanks

when I build my 22sct, I noticed they put in those two aluminum ?sleeves? with the plastic spacers. I looked at it, and was curious how long it would be.

I ran it for a very short time and was not impressed. Now I run the Associated VTS slipper for the SC10 4x4. MUCH more pad surface area. I just had to replace my pads this past Sunday, I've been running the same pads since about a week after I built the truck (I got the truck the first week it came out). After about a week on the Avid and not being able to really get it where I wanted it, I took it out and put in the AE VTS and been really happy with it ever since. Do note that if you go to the VTS slipper, you will have to either mod your gear cover or use spacers to push it out further. I just used washers because I run indoors and dont need the protection from the elements so there's some space. But if you run outdoors or on real dirt, you'll probably want to use some type of rubber as a seal/spacer. I have the VTS mod on page 1

Thanks I am running the 78/21 now but feel like I can step it up some. I am running the D3 13.5 with endbell up halfway. Another issue I have is I have the avid slipper but only have 75T, 81T, 84T spurs right now and was looking to use them so I don't have to wait for another order.
