sorry, i thought the hole was stripped out at first. dont worry about a screw extractor, you will buy it and probably never use it again. just use the dremel to cut a slot it the screw and then use a slot screwdriver to take it out.

Remove all of the screws except the stripped one. Then just jamb a screwdriver into the screw and reach around and turn the engine. The screw will usually back right out. No need to slot the head.

just make sure that your engine can make turns... not necessarily to make a FULL TURN... if you can turn your engine BIT by BIT and make sure the stripped screw is getting loose and loose....
usually you have to take out a lot of parts from the chasis in order to allow your engine to make turns....

Get the screw extractor and do the job properly. It only takes a couple of minutes to drill the hole in the screw head. The amount of time it takes you to read this post you could pull out twenty stripped screw.
