Hey Guys

I lost the front metal arm brace saturday during the race... the setscrews that hold the front arm axles backed out the axles moved back and voila the brace flew off, never to be found again

as I was browsing amain for replacement and I typed "RB6 brace" or sthing in the "search" box, I came upon all these 4 parts.

The instructions reference UM720... the last link - note it's the more expensive one.... Are the first 3 really a direct fit on the RB6? Why so many references? Are we being fooled?

Other than that, the car works really, really well. I finally got the diff sorted out after a good rebuild, but that bit is way more sensitive than my B4's....

UM720 is the correct part. The other two are different widths and were made for the RB5 SP2 and RB5 SP2 WC kits. If you use the other braces you have to run a different suspension block and front arms.

Beware that this part bends easily. I'm not 100% sure but I think Kyosho may be revising the part soon to make it more sturdy.

Yeah I think they are making it strong which is nice, it bends way too easy as thick as it is.

KYOUMW519GM is too wide for the RB6, KYOUM720 is the correct part number for that piece!

You might want to examine those very closely. My understanding is that they are just slightly different in size. You have to put them back to back and run a suspension rod through them to be sure.

You're right, it's too long by a few mm's. KYOUM720 must be the right part number then. Thanks for letting me know, i'll edit my post(can you do the same?) to reflect the right number

Maybe this has already been posted, but i could not find it. What effect does running the castor block in the "in" or "out" position have.

it either widens or shortens the front track width. Shorter track width for more steering, wider for less.
