Default Li-Po batteries

Hi everyone,

I am new here, just switched from 1/8th buggy to 1/10 touring.

I bought a V1rrr and a RB V12.

Just wondering if I can still use the Li-Po receiver packs from my old buggy?

The Li-Po packs are considerably lighter than the sub c cells used for touring cars. Will this affact the car's handling greatly?? In the buggy world minor weight changes doesn't mean anything.

Thanks for any input.

i currently use LiPo in my sedan. but the lipo packs tend to be a little wider. but overall its still able to be used. just have to decide how youre going to configure it. since im using a different chassis it wasnt too big of a problem for me. (kyosho SP chassis for V-one RRR) but yes lipo will work on the V-One RRR.

I have no problems fitting the LI-PO onto the chassis.

As I mentioned, I am totally new to 1/10 touring, I need to get to feel the chassis as close to it's base set up as possible.

I am concerned the the weight difference between li-po and sub-c cell is going to give me different driving impressions.

Thanks for the input!

Can you give a bit more info about what setup you are running now? Was the track blown off at all? No traction compound on track? Tires shore using?
