I used to race in geelong. and melbourne Sometimes.....

Normally run sorex 28 with Sorex B medium Inserts.
Or take off 27 with take off medium Inserts.

but if you say the track temp is that hot (rare for melb, well most of the year anyway) then on realy hot days i would run sorex 36 with sorex med b inserts.

Now this has all been proven so if you run these tyres and they dont work then your setup has to be wrong on the car. 100% garenteed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

will test tomorrow as i will go to local hobby shop pick up a set or two and when i race at a private so freinds meet i will test and report.

Any tire cleaners or compounds to go with that when i use my tire warmers?

With tire warmers do i set the warmers to slightley less, the same or slightley hotter than the track?

If its hot and you run a 28 or 27 tyre then you will chew it out in like a few heats.

also if your camber is wrong even buy a tiny bit, then you will also chew em out prety fast.

i have that all set up so that it goes through tires at a normal rate of around 2 hours plus on the track, so four race meets but that doesnt include practice

We ended early as my day ended early,

i tried the tires today and they worked well so i will stayed with them, i used it from around 1 and a half hours

Even though they had minimal rubber left i used them and then one came loose from the rim so i reglued it and was bumbed i messed the glue but not on the tire or the rim from what i saw and it actualy covered th air hole and when i wanted to heat them up in my tire warmers and they had just come from the a cool area so when they heated up the air expanded and exploded hot rubber and ruined my tire warmer cup and whole front right end of my car.

(it matters heaps to what tyre to run if you are in Brisbane or Perth or Hobart etc..... due to temps)

the first line of this tells you they are crapola (crap)
