I chucked the turnbuckle into a battery drill, and threaded ea. Ballcup on and off by holding it with a pliers. Then added a dab of grease and threaded 1 ballcup on ea. turnbuckle end. Then do the 1 ea ballcup by hand that i had pre threaded.

If anyone is interested in all my mid motor parts straight from the kit shoot me a pm. I'm never going to go mid motor so I have no need for the body + parts.

Did anyone have to do some trimming on the servo link to get full steering throw out of this truck? Even with my endpoints maxed out on my m11x I'm not hitting the end of the servo's (1258) travel or binding anywhere on the arm/ballcup/wherever.

Default Steering rack

Does the steering rack and the servo horn touch or get very close on full turn to the left. Noticed it while building, just hoping I did it correctly.

It's very close, I did have to play with the length of the steering link to get it centered properly..

Yes myself and a friend had to cut a little off one of the cups and also we cut down the set screw between the cups. The truck gets full throw now and steers like the buggy. It was maybe 2mm at most.
