Jup,

yes the are original old FG tires , so i cut ith by myself.

The bumper are made from Pe (polyetheleen strips )

Hi, i make the body's off Vivak (Pet G) 1.5mm
for lexan is my haether not strong enough .

Ok, so how is this type of "plastic" compared to lexan/ploycarbonate then? Does it have the same strength?

jup,

lexan is stronger, but vivak (petG) is ok tho make the body's ith is a little bit softher as lexan.

Softer can be good as they maybe will flex more than lexan, making it more impact resistant.

Another question: does the Vivak comes with a protection film same as the lexan does? Then it is not necessary to cover the whole body before painting.

Hm,Hm , i most move the protection film befor haeting .but tho place the film back iths don't go.

Have you tried to vacuum form anything with the protection film on? Or is it impossible to get it off after heating and forming the Vivak sheet?

@ lars,

yes i have tried but ith don't go , everything melts together.
But for painting , you don't need the film , you most painting
tho the inside .

Yes i know, i always paint on the inside, so just a little mask around the edges on the body will be enough, and a plastic bag or something to cover it all up

I have som thime tho paint the MK II and make som update's , ligcht's and the
backspoiler.
hopfully you like it.











Now iths waiting about the files tho print the stickers.
