How many of you drill vent holes in your body? Where is the best spot?

Tried scanning this post but I'm a bit confused on what body I need for a conversion...
I have a Losi 8ight 3.0 nitro and a conversion kit and I stupidly thought hey I'll just get the e 3.0 body however it appears that body is quite a bit slimmer so doesn't cover the plastic sides.
It seems people have been using a Proline Bulldog but I can only find this for a 8ight-e 2.0 body. Can anyone confirm if this will fit and also what other body options that would fit? The proline seems to be out of stock pretty much everywhere I look at least in the UK

Hi RandyJones,
It's not "my" issue". You are right, we can run the car like this.
But, I just wanted to show what is the problem with the short ackerman plate.
It's the same for every users. Everything is on the pictures, I'm sorry, maybe because of my poor English, but I can't explain it better.
Now, if nobody has ever broke any servo, so there's not any problem.
Bye !

i know i had seen it mentioned before, but i dont remember what the exact issue was....
There isnt enough rebound on my front end.
For those that had a similar issue, what was the fix??

Probably the camber rods, check all the ends on all rods and make sure the balls all move freely, if any are tight give the end a squeeze with some pliers and they will loosen up. If that isnt the issue look for bent hinge pins or possibly shock shafts. Just got to start looking at things until you find the problem area.

I had the exact same issue. It does have a little to do with the ball cups, but mainly with the hinge pins. I was told by a pro that when we insert the droop screws it tightens up the inner holes on the a arms. Ream or drill out the holes for the inner hinge pins slightly on all 4 arms. That's what fixed it for me. Let me know how it works out!
