Any good pics from that Minnreg place? Was that the Thunder RC track/race thing? I have some pics from them...just wondering if we are talking about the same race.

Just put carpet shock towers & top deck on my std EC first run out is tomorrow so we'll see...
I've run one of my EC's like this. The towers workout fine. The thicker topdeck I didn't like as much. The traction was decent but not super high. If we're talking high traction conditions I would have kept the Foam spec top deck.

i have a question on not running the diff riser plates. Instead of sloting the camber link holes on the shock tower can i instead run the carpet shock tower?

Yup, just note that the outer hole on the caroet towers are equal to the middle hole on the standard EC towers.

In the rear you run the kit tower. All you need to do is move the inner camber link to the upper hole.

Taking those photos at the end really was funny, as it was pi~@%:g down with rain. We tried to pursuade Teemu to stay close enough to the shelter so we could stand under that and take them, but he was having none of it!! If he had to get wet, so did everyone else!!!!

There were so many Xray/Hudy banners at the track, all around the edge. I'll have a look what i have, but didn't take many to be honest, just some of the very very wet track and some of the presentation etc.
