Default TC Gearing question

Hi there, just bought a cyclone TC gonna run some asphalt this summer. Can anybody help me with gearing. Gonna run a 17.5 with a 5200 LiPo 40C. The drive is 2.167 right? Should I b around 4.0? Like 48/88?

It also depends on the Speedo and Punch profile you set up too. I had a Novak and use 3.5 to 4.0. An LRP SPX set at 5-7 on the punch you may want to go 4.1 to 4.5. Just check the temp on the motor after you run it.

hey, in the Hara build up website he puts a spacer in the diff. Do you not need/want that in the world spec diff?

Probably that one. It's a site where Hara builds a cyclone form start to finish and gives tips along the way.

The spacer isn't required in the pro spec diff as far as I'm concerned. The diff itself is amazing and doesn't need to be changed in any way!

Just remember that I didn't get the name KING OF THE STRAIGHT for nothing. This weekend will be fun though. Especially if I get on the mic.
