The Halloween Classic (and the rest of the Mid West Grand Slam) is 25.5, just like it was last year.

I think the solution for these big "ROAR" races is to get NOVAK to step up and sponsor the class for the event with hand-out to be returned to Novak 25.5 Ballistic motors. It is up to the sponsor of that particular event to establish VTA as a "house" class for that event, so they won't have to adhere to the any brand 21.5 or 25.5 rule (depending on the rules of the event).

The more people that can actually experience the high level of racing the 25.5 motor allows, the better for VTA nationwide.

A few unrelated questions:
- is there a USGT thread on RCTECH?
- is there a body manufacturer based in UK that produces Aston Martin race bodies?

Brian....

Here is the USGT thread...

http://www.rctech.net/forum/electric...1122-usgt.html

Also Kyosho sells or did sell at 1 time an Aston Martin DB8....there is also a company out of China or Japan selling one as well. Check www.r2hobbies.com under their bodies and they sell it painted and clear....hope this helps.

why don't all you stick together USVTA guys go to the champs and make a gentleman's rule that you all run 25.5 just to prove that the rules package works. and that if all of you show up with 25.5 and legal speedos and help the rest of the guys there by borrowing motors and helping anybody out with a 25.5. I'll even go to the point of selling 25.5 stators cheap to anyone running a 21.5 ballistic for the champs and then when everybody is running 25.5 at the race you'll prove to the race director that they should of gone with the national rules that Rob has set forth he'll see the errors of his ways. again like I told battboy put your money where your mouth is. it's not like the VTA guys are not a close knit group and can stick to a gentleman's rule to run only novak 25.5s at this race. I doubt anyone that goes to the champs to run vta isn't known by someone on here that can convince a fellow racer to run 25.5 and stick to the national rules.

just my dime adjusted for inflation.

well try being a track owner you get crap like this

Of course you could always talk someone into building a 10000 dollar track then dump it to go play in Dirla's sandbox because it is so awesome Good luck with that, all is good until king Dirla decided enough is enough and steps in and starts his dissent... Ha ha ha ha....
