I think from your previous question you are asking what parts from the BDM will carry over. The diff will fit but the new one is different design and a little better especially for mod. The spool also will change over although they came out with a very nice new spool that has a aluminum center with replacable plastic outdrives. The belts are the same also. Im sure that there are some other small parts that might change over but that though is about all the bigger parts that will carry over. Arms, knuckles, hubs, chassis, axles, bones, etc are all diffrent.

thanks ....i saw the latest front solid at rcmarket. look quite cool....i notice the new diff is very smooth as i get chance to hold my fren's bd5. but i worry it's not lasting since it's dont hv the Outdrive Blade. somemore we will use alots of braking when using Front Solid..

btw, my BD5 is on d way now....

Yes, use some good anti-wear grease on the bones and it will last a bit longer. If you are not running mod, the old plastic diff is very good and last's along time also.
Let us know what you think of the new bd5 when you get it running.
