here is what i used on mine double sided tape with thin plastic, the battery doesnt move at all then i just use battery tape

Thats a great idea...the only thing I add to that is I have a bar battery bracewith velcro on the underside and velcro on the top of the lypo pack...no movement at all

rebuilt it by the book checked everything 3X bearings ,washers c clips no matter what it will not get tight?
