The front and rear wings have the same bolt pattern as the F103 so it looks like they're pretty universal. As for the body sets...I have not idea...I guess they would fit, but the F104 is a little longer then the F103.

I hope this helps.
Aah?
There's almost nothing matching between 2 chassis?
I don't previewed diffuser is different, about the body i also believe is unmatched, due the length.

Thanks!

I got my kit yesterday. It definately looks like the wings from the F103 would work...and if you leave the attachable sidepods off the F104 body they are very close to this years F1 cars...even more so with the F103 wings. Why you would want your car to look like a 2009 F1 car I don't know though....lol

I will get to building it tonight....Looks nice!

I posted this up on another thread last night, but I thought I'd put it here as well. This kit rocks! The whole thing took about three hours. I had zero trouble, had zero parts missing, and had 100% pure fun. This kit goes together just as easy as the F103. I did replace all the kit screws with titanium on the bottom and aluminum on the top. I also replaced all the ball nuts with aluminum ones and utilized a couple of extra F103 body posts I had laying around as well. I’m waiting for the rest of the hop-ups to get in, then I’ll tear the car down and add those. I posted pics below of the build so far.

A good friend of mine took the time to cut out the body for me, so it's ready for paint. I think I've picked out a paint scheme that will work well on the new body. The thing looks trick and I want to do it justice, so I'll be taking some time on that.

I’m hoping to get the electronics in this week. I’m thinking an LRP QC II for the esc and a Futaba micro servo upfront for steering. The wiring presents a little problem; I’d really like to keep it nice and neat. I’m no fan of the rats nest. Stay tuned for more on this.

Here's the pics!

maybe you can use the Tech racing wings from the F125BR.... those are modeled after the 2009 Brawn racing car... and the new bodywork from Tamiya and the narrow rear wheels... the car will be a dead ringer for the 2009 season cars....

the only thing keeping the F125BR from looking scale is the fat rear tires... and the F104 has that taken care of

I don't see how it could. The reason for the F104 mounting the battery down the center of the chassis is to allow for a narrower body.

I think it might fit if you don't cut/replace the side pods. Basically you would use the body as is. I'm not a 100% sure on that, but about 90%. I'd check mine but I've already cut it out.
