Well, I( have just had an idea, in the port in the crank, one could add a similar type of system, BUT, one would have to have only maybe 2 blades or fins, but at the right angle as not to slow the mixture...
This would help with two things, one, it will help get the mixture out of this port, and it will help with mixing the ... mixture more. this could work very nicely... but remember that it will just get the fuel through the crank and get it into the area under the piston (cant remember what it is called) Any ideas, but please note that I am not talking anything more than moving the fuel through, there will be no real boost in pressure, but it may get more into the cylinder, but you will need a GOOD exhaust or you may not accomplish anything.

like mentioned in baxter's post,.. : "there will be no real boost in pressure" ,.. this is very good, as long as it delivers more air/fuel through that transfer port
just my 2 cents

Your Gallant, is it a Mitsubishi? we have one or two Gallants here but different countries have different names for cars.... Our Opel is Brittains Vauxhaul and our VW Polo is Europes Skoda and such...

Galant is always for a Mitsubishi Galant (I'm pretty sure about this) but I guess you won't find any matching breed for mine, hehe... genetically enhanced...
kind of like an ugly duckling,... on steroids and viagra

IMHO bigger bang created by lower comp. is good compared to same bang w/ higer comp.... results are the same,... but side effects are different

you couldn't use the exhaust gasses to turn the turbo though as this has multiple pressures, back and forth...
Remember that if the compression in the cylinder is too high, you get preignition which is VERY bad for the little monters, which I suppose we are already on the limit. and I can tell you that there is already some pressure in the motor in order for it to run...

I can tell you I have not seen one like that... genetic modification is bad, but I will let you off this time as power and speed is the way to go...

Fuel Injection for r/c
http://www.bannedrc.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2478
not sure if it really works on 1/10 car, but as always, "it could be done" . OS has an EFI system for their larger engines currently... but these things are too expensive to start with (checked for the airplane, costing around 1000 bucks,... I can get a Motec ECU (for full scale) in that price,... phew,... I start to feel that this hooby IS getting too expensive for me

BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, stop talking, go racing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BTW, tutbo scoop wasn't implemented on our engine to be a turbine, it was implemented for following at some point conrod is shading hole on crncshaft and traping partly mixture there. So I belive OPS made those cuts to let fuel come ut of trap. Chamfer is working much better then scoop ( tested on engine).

and btw, we were talking about a "tubine" yes,... not turbo scoop inside a Hyper .21 8 ports engine,... I think most of us already know what a turbo scoop was developed for (and wasn't really interested in, cuz it's common already),.. just wondering why the Hyper 8 ports got a turbine in it....
man,... I just don't get it,... if you wanna race don't go to a forum,.. can't race in it we just want to share what we found along our path,...
if any part of my 2 cts are hurting your feelings,... sue me,...
btw,.. any of you guys manufacture your own rc stuff?! I'm currently making metal tuned pipes and manifold for specific engines and track conditions, my own metal ring gear for FW05R, and metal 0.8 pinions too cuz it's quite hard to find them around,.. so I make them instead, hehehe...

I'll paint my car pink this time,... just for the heck of it,.. and if I'm lucky enough this week,.. they'll have a pink car in the O-range circuit hall of fame, hehehe.... I'll use GQ's bright orange rims with it for the maxy flashy effect
