Hey guys I have a set of the new black bleeder shock caps with foams. What is the benefit of switching to these over the stock caps?

i think you will find them more consistant in long runs.

Is it basically just to keep air from forming in the shocks on long mains?

I'm debating on throwing them on the truggy. If I like them on that I will buy another set for my buggy.

I would say it's more to keep the rebound pressure the same.

You and me both. I like the idea of having both servos up front away from the engine heat.

On another note. Anyone know if this pack will fit?

I was looking at a LiFe pack so I wouldn't have to run a regulator. Anyone know if this fits in the 8ights?

It will fit I hve 2 lifes that size aswell as two lipos the same size Its a tight squeeze but they fit.
I Have modded the hump lid just so they fit properly (5 mins on a dremmel will fix the tight fit).

Have you had good luck with the protek life packs? I have a buddy who's puffed up on his first outing with it. On the second charge it puffed on him.

Is this the Losi lipo regulator? It came with the b 2.0 I just bought. I was gonna just sell it and use nimh or life. If anyone wants it let me know.

Looks like the lipo reg with switch. I just picked up a 2.0 that came with that same setup and a lipo. I have a feeling mine will stay in the parts box and just run a hump pack. I don't race or run hv servo's so it seems like overkill for me

Yeah I think I'm going to stick with nimh or use a Life pack that doesn't require a regulator.

I'm going to sell this losi regulator and really don't know what to ask for it. If anyone on here wants it shoot me an offer through PM.

Yup, been running my Futaba rx like that for years. Hasn't given me one problem ever.
