Just send em ur piston/sleeve sets, if the rods are on em.still and u ask unde the comments section on the order form, he'll check those for tollerance as well but doesnt need em and no need for crank...order forms on his website...cant beat the $, worksmanship is amazing, youll think its new or.even better and the turnaround is actually unbelievable!! Youll be amazed!! He even sends back the specs of wut it was, how far out it was and give you specs on the rod and a timeframe of lifespan..

How long the it normally last after a repinch. The ones I would like to repinch all run still, but compression is pretty weak.

Clint,
Yes, I do alot of inspecting each and every piston+sleeve set comes accross my bench. Of the thousands piston+sleeve sets serviced these years I have seen few this issue, and allways the casted piston, NOT billett. Please keep me posted on the set performance/longevety, issues I described on invoice.

Thank you very much for the kind words

Any questions guys, feel free to call me

Keep up the good work Ray.

I really didn't expect much after my OS being resized but i have to say that i was so impressed by the performance of the engine and would like to know how many times i can resize it?
I broke it in using 6-10 tanks of fuel, had a 3 day race with it and still get a noticeable pinch on top when i remove the plug and turn it...this is a sign of a good break in and excellent fitting.
Thanks again.

Will be sending my Tecnopower in for resizing soon.

.
Hi Chris,
The number of times a sleeve can be resized is all dependent on amount previous resizing. I have customers that are very anal with their engines performance , sending their P+S sets (no sealing surface finish issues)in every few gallons for a 'LIGHT" resizing and with that said have seen those sets as many as (3) Services. While others send me extremely loose sets with poor sealing surface finish conditions that are good for (1) service only. The sleeves case fittment can only be altered so much befor performance will be compromised un acceptably. I look at each set individualy. hope that helps

Ty,
Tony's package return shipped this morning with tracking number emailed. Thanks!
