Default Agreed.

I agree with Integra.
The only difference is it has been lightened and color of course but all the mounts on the RR and RTR front towers are the same..

Question I am running savox now and have ran them over a year w/o issue. But I am probally going to upgrade to hv and was kinda of leaning towards
Hitech. Any suggestion on which ones to get for truggy and buggy?

Savox has HV servos, depending on which one have, I have the Savox 1268 servos I'm using in one of my Losi truggys, and Hitec 7950 & 7955 in another truggy, which are HV servos, Hitec does have others besides those that are HV. Again, I have had send back, 7955, 7954, servos for repair, like I said, they can all have problems sometime or another.

If you kill a 7955 it has to be user relaited. I have two strong years on mine and not a single hiccup. It's first 1.5 years it served as a truggy steering servo.
And been run on lipo. I feel the problem was elsewhere then the servo.

LOL.. If your trying to sell someone on a HITEC I don't think that's the best thread to use. This Mike M you speak of has not given an update to these people that are asking him about servos that were supposed to be released in July. Heck he has not given any kind of update to anyone asking questions since 3-21-11.

Thanks but no thanks on the sky bash servos

I was using the savox HV servos 1267sg throttle and 1268sg steering for truggy. Went two racing season and did not have a problem, worked great. I started racing buggy and wanted to run the same servos on everything but my shop could not get the savox, they sell me everything at cost +10%. So I switched to Hitec; I bought the 7954. They are the least expensive out of the HV line up because they are the only one with steel gears. I bought 4 of them, a set for the truggy and buggy, and they work great. I thought I might not like the travel speed .12sec @ 7.4v but it is plenty fast enough and the torque is 403oz @ 7.4v. Everything you need for just under $100.

Like I said before, no such thing as a life time never break servo, the problem with the one I had, was a wire connected to the motor inside came loose, not user problem. I have been doing the RC thing going on close to 20 years.

Hobbico has the Hitec 7955 with their label for like 90 bucks. Hobbico CS-170 can be found on towerhobbies.com ... i run it in my Losi truggy. have a hitec 7955 for back up that is 3 years old and is still working just fine.
