Have any of you guys compared a 053 to a 086 on this engine? Performance, run time, sound

Thanks

are you guys referring to a small sliver of O-Ring that is exposed?
if so its completely normal.
the tolerances are tight and once adjusted you will be fine.

never tryed 053...tryed 086 dynamite and it wasnt bad but tuning window isnt as big as the werks pipes and the low end wasnt that great either.
I know it has been stated the Werks pipes are the way to go and I understand sometimes the bidget doesnt allow it but believe me its worth saving for... the 2013 and the 2058 are exellent pipes for any of the werks engines.

The piston and sleeve are considered "mated for life" once run. I would not recommend using the used sleeve with the new piston.
