The only reason that the Team Drivers used the original t4 chassis at worlds is because that is what they had in stock at AE.

They are referring to saucing the tires. Years ago at CH we ran Slicks sauced with Diesel. The tire would last until the foam got soft enough and broke down. When saucing the tire it will soak through the rubber and begin breaking down the foams.

I have some Sticky Kicks Verde sauce but never use it. I just wash the tires off with some Simple Green diluted in the tire bucket in between heats. I've never tried the sauce, how do you guys like it?

Huh? They are completely different stiffness. You can easily flex the new chassis and no so much with the old one. All of the new plastics are a lot more flexible.

This flex makes a big difference in the handling of the car.

Anyone breaking their B4/4.1 chassis's are just being animals...trying to do things they shouldn't be. I think I know who "Mayn" is talking about too...

Wow, that seems a little extreme.

Yep, I think so. Me and Troy for sure, and might try to round up Jack, and a few others from Traction. You gonna be there?

It was an amazing surface to run on, unbelievable traction. But making tires was the biggest pain.

Almost done with my build . My first buggy . What is a good 17.5 Turn Motor and ESC for this buggy that will not break the bank ? I would like an ESC with timing advance option .

Has anyone tried the Novak Havoc Pro SC ESC in their buggy ? I can get a combo for $159 with a 17.5 Turn Ballistic Motor .

I have several motors and ESC's not being used currently . Probably going to start with an old Novak Havoc ESC , no timing , and a Novak Havoc 13.5 Turn Motor . I also have a Ballitic 8.5 turn not being used. . And a MMP ESC and 4600 KV motor being repaired currently . SO I have alot of options on the bench .

But I think a new 17.5 Turn Motor and ESC with timing advance option would be ideal . Planning on starting in the stock class . What is more reliable , Tekin or LRP ? The Tekin RS seems like a good ESC for tis buggy . What about the LRP SXX ?

Any driving tips for a first time buggy driver ??? Indoor racing .

Only as a spectator...I'll definitely come hang out though (if you know what I mean). I just don't get off work in time.

I'd pass on the Havoc SC and go with a Tekin RS. Lots of nightmare stories about the Novak, but not as many from the Tekin. The Novak Ballistics are a different story, go with one of those.
