has anyone noticed the slipper pads slipping inside the hex on the spur gear?

I'm pretty sure I sanded both sides of my pads, ft on the rear and stock on the front. Ran on race night, tore down the slipper and both sides of the pads are glazed. Must be slipping on the face of the spur as well. My spur even has what looks like wear marks on it.

I'm running 2 thin washers with the nut all the way down. This is a hi-traction track running 15/62.

All this slip is making my barcodes last quite a while though...

Gotta get the clutch basket...

i dabbed a bit of CA on the insides of the pads facing the Spur.....no problems with slipping at all.

Im using HT pads on both sides of the spur with the spring tightened all the way down and 2 washer on outside.........my pads were glazed after a day of practice at the track. This is frustrating. I scuffed up both HT pads, and the slippers. Im going to see if that helps at all tomorrow. If that doesnt help I may etch the slippers to give some extra friction.

I'm building the factory team shocks with the gold shafts and I'm using the trackstar o-rings. All I gotta say is wow, what a difference in smoothness versus the stock shocks & stock x-rings! I really think 80% of the difference is in the o-rings! I'm excited to see how my truck works now with such a smoother suspension! Thanks trackstar!

Same setup here and I've seen that last weekend when my sensor wire had removed itself from the ESC. It's back to pure awesome now that the wire is seated. Maybe replace the sensor wire or try another?

Default FT Shocks

Has anyone else had any issues with the shock cartridge not threading into the FT shock body properly? I opened both sets to start building them and was just checking things out before the build and I noticed this on every shock.
