Slipping slipping slipping... Even with the HT pads. They get glazed after a few packs. Can't tighten the slipper spring nut fully, the top shaft starts to bend...
How hard can it be to manufacture a spring that compresses evenly? Why can't AE come with a solution to this? They must have seen this slipping problem during the test phase...
I guess the only solution is to order the clutch basket. MTK, you're gonna get rich

I wanted to try my 3800 from my SCTE , so in between quals I switched the motor only to find all of my 32p pinions 14 and up were too large to fit through the hole, and the shaft too short to install the pinion on once attched to the car.

I had a question to all the MTK clutch basket users out there. What slipper pad combo are you guys using? I am running on high bite clay tracks and wasn't sure about using a HT pad on the front and one HT and one Reg pad for the rear (maybe even all 3 HT) . Just looking for a decent starting point for running on high bite clay.
