This is the setup that I worked on with the Wachter brothers Jonny and Clint. After the race was over, we learned some more and made the truck fast and easy to drive but it was too late...we'll get 'em next time.
To get the heavier rate front springs, you can also substitute original bronze RC8 front springs until our springs are available. They are a bit longer so it might not be possible to get 24mm ride height without removing a coil or two.

There seems to be a lot of confusion on what suspension adjustments do to your roll center and how it affects the handling. A lot of what I have seen in the forum is incorrect (usually backwards). This setup book is for a touring car but explains suspension geometry and everything else about tuning a car/truck. This is THE BEST book you will ever read. Stamp it!

Made some corrections to my post following that...that's what happens when you're trying to do too many things at once. LOL

If you haven't lately, check the outer bolts that hold the rear chassis section to the middle. If your chassis gap is 1mm or so more than likely you have broke out the bolt holes. This area is only 1.5mm thick.
This will be my second rear chassis that they have broken out of.

Hey does anyone know somewhere online that I could get the trackstar o-rings? I live in Australia and none of the lhs here seem to stock. I sometimes shop at amainhobbies.com also but can't find them there either...

Durabillity is definatly not the issue with this truck.
FYI, Ive been running the LRP 5.5T 550, and this thing rips, super smooth and tame on the bottom and tons of torque through themid and great top speed with some timing.

I'm new to gear diffs. How often should the diff fluid be changed? I run mostly on hard pack type tracks so I don't get alot of dirt and debris on truck. If that makes a difference?
Does performance degrade to noticeable differences compared to fresh diff fluid?
I'm currently running 5000 in rear and 30000 up front. I've got maybe 4-5 races and a couple of handful of practice sessions on diffs right now.
Thanks
