For the wondering about the markings on the springs, I looked on the AE website and it looks like the markings will be colored green, white, red, yellow, and blue. You should be ok with seeing those. Top secret setups are now possible!! LOL.

I don't have a set of calipers to measure them with, sorry. I had them leftover from my old SCRT10 and put them side by side to the AE shocks before I built the truck. The fronts are damn near the same length and the rears were a bit longer. But with the rears the result you get is similar to everybody unscrewing the shock eyelet three turns; more length. If anybody feels the rear droops too much due to the length, some limiters could be added inside the shock body, but so far I haven't had any issues. Under compression, both front and rear can bottom out the chassis, plus a few millimeters, which is the way it was setup with the stock shocks.

I put the losi 8 buggy shocks on mine and took pains to make them the same length as stock. I used 0-ring limiters inside that were about 2mm each. I found the front needed 2 orings and the rear 4. I ended up switching to 3 and 3 in order to get close to how Cavalieri was running his shocks. Felt pretty good on the track.
