I agree on the wiring!
Wanted to give some folks here a heads up. I am looking to thin down the b4 herd.
I would like to keep 2 B4's only.
Looking to get rid of
1 FT B4.1
3 FT B4 with .1 upgrades and 2 of them could be completely converted to 4.1's
1 B4.1
Also selling a T4 not FT
Each buggy has various mods such as aluminum inline axles, Lunsford turnbuckles, etc. They all have CVD's and everything is in good to excellent shape.
I also have some speed control, motor, servo combos to get someone fully operational on the high end or on the budget.
Thanks
Carey
PM if you're interested.
Here they are in the hobby room (cropped to avoid the chaos)

alright I've just about had enough with my transmisions.. I cant take the noise anymore
I have a FT B4.1 and a FT SC10. The transmissions are quiet when I spin them on thier own but the minute I put a pinion to them they get noisy.... yes the mesh is checked. not too tight and not loose. A piece of paper could fit in between. I'm using regular Robinson Racing pinions and AE spur gears.
any ideas ?

My B4.1 RTR has arrived, its a fast little beast!! do have an issue thou..
Whenever the car hits something hard (which is often the way I drive), the steering servo will shutdown by itself and I can no longer steer. However, if I touch the connector from the servor to the receiver the servo will sort of reset itself and I'll get steering back again.
Do I have a servo issue? or a lose connector issue?
thx!

Looks like it may have these:
http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...-Front-Axles-2
Should have these:
http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...-Trailing-T4-2
Could also have these, but they were made for the b4 and sc10...not the t4:

The blue ones are made for the b4. The offset is different between the buggy and the truck. The ones you want are the steel black ones in the link posted above or I believe Lunsford sells some titanium axles. Just search throgh what Amain has and if you have any more questions just post them here.

From what I understand, kyosho hasn't released the spring rates of their big bores at all... they call them "soft", "medium", etc.... somebody would either need to do the finger squeeze test, or an actual independent spring rate test.
