If you're that fast you shouldn't have to hide your set-up I'ld rather beat a guy straight up than have some "secret"
They guys that dont like to share setup are jerks. I do all I can to help out at my local track, and most of the other racers do as well.

Even if you know someone's spring rates, you still don't have their setup unless you copy their camber link mounting points, shock mounting locations, shock oil weights, shock pistons, tires, and foam so it doesn't matter if you can see what springs they have anyways. Besides, even if you copy someone else's setup, it still doesn't mean driver ability is the same.

If you get the spring color from someone else and it works it just means that the weight distribution on your car is the same as theirs. I suppose you could remove the color because you think light blue springs makes your B4 look fruity....

Instead of just throwing on the kyosho and durango springs I installed my velvet shocks for the first time today (what can you hide there )

It's a shame they've been chillin' in the pit box for four months or so...

They are awesome!

We drove the car on the backyard track and were comparing it to another 4.1 and it was incredible!

Still want to try some big bores to see what that would be like on the rough stuff.

Think of it this way.......
A guy spends extra time trying new setups and tweaks so he can get an edge to win ( we all want to win ).
What would be the point in spending time and working hard to gain an edge if you turn around and show everyone around you ( who is to lazy to do the work themselves) what you are doing so they have the same edge? You'd be back to square 1.

Think about it.......

+1 people need to put the footwork in themselves. By doing this you gain knowledge and familiarity with your car.

It's not about any sort of performance gain. Im cycling them because I am new to Lipos and have never used these chargers before. I haven't raced in awhile and I need to learn this newer technology and it's better to learn at home than rather at the track holding everybody up.

I'm also establishing a base line to see which pack is the best to use for the main.

I may be new to Lipos, but I'm not new to racing.
