Whats the old racing saying, "races are won in the shop".

So I guess 3000 or 4000 mah is not sufficient to last a whole day?

Where can I currently get the 12v deuce other than Amain?

Not necessarily, it depends on your heat cycle times and thats usually dictated by ambient temp. Warmer weather = less amount of heat cycle time and vice versa.

Absolute Hobbyz

Houstons Engine Service

Revelation Raceway

Pacific Coast Hobbys

Champion RC Just to name a few...

Great to hear. The new connector is pretty sweet.

I haven't spoke to Jamie in a month or so (he's been MIA at several recent races ), but I believe he's still organizing this event.

You should be able to get right around 45-50 minutes out of the 4000 mah.

No need to take two trailers. Flip a coin, the bear cave or heat mobile.

For anyone out there looking for a solution to the voltage, please try this... It's clean and works. I use mine with 4S2P 2300mah A123 cells (13.6v) but you can easily run a 6s lipo.

Purchase a Castle Creations BEC Pro:

http://www.castlecreations.com/products/ccbec.html#

Program to 12.0 volts (mine reads 12 volts exactly).

Un-solder the wires on the BEC and re-solder the competition electronics wiring harness inline. Make sure to note the output, input and polarity of everything... This will most likely void warranties, so do this at your own risk.

$44.95 for the pro version is much better than any of the dc voltage regulators that I found. Good thinking man.....
