The work day sure seems longer when you have a half built truck sitting at home...

Move to the east coast, the day has been over for a couple hours already.

By the way, A-Main shows they have stock for this truck.

Kinda feel bad for Traxxas. They start another class only to get kicked out of it by Losi and AE again.

Losi and AE are probably going to be behind a long time before they catch the sales numbers of the slash..

Default belt tension

I installed the belt based off the instruction manual suggested pulley position. It seems pretty tight and adding quite a bit of drag break. I am running the MMP w/ castle 3800kv motor and the motor was warm but the esc was hot. Never even had the fan come on before this truck. Is my belt too tight? Will the belt eventually break in and stretch?

There is a section in the back of the instruction book on breaking in the belt and then re-adjusting the tentioners.

I bought this one from Sears, but got it for $35. I use Hudy tips but cheaper ones will probably work just fine.

Works awesome.
