Yes it is 12 pages long and will suck ( why i Have not done it yet) I just keep filling them because i am lazy and some day will have V2 shocks.

i actually just did that with my V1's. they are silky smooth and havent leaked yet. my local track just closed and i was only able to race twice. but they are silky smooth. its worth the 2 hours it took me to finish them.

Of course... the only things that wear out are the o-rings, and the oil.
