Do you have any idea of pricing???
Is it true it's allready being sold in Europe???
Seems to me that you work for Great Planes or have inside contact to know all this info.
The R-Spec will be avaible at the end of June check towerhobbies, The new engine will cost more than the regular TR it will be around 179.99. Yes they have been using this engine
in Europe for about 7 months but the engine from Europe is a little different.

What are the main differences from the one for Europe and the one coming to USA. I ask you this because I'm going to Europe this Monday and i planned on buying one over there. Or should I wait for the USA version???

Wate for the US version. because in Europe their spec are different from our's. Plus you will not have the black crankcase and I think it comes with the sliver Hyper head.

i ran the old model 12tr or a year and a half and to say i was pleased is an understatement. for short tracks in a ntc3 it's perfect and the typical reliability of OS to boot. i got over 6 galons of fuel through it. i got an sts now and though it is faster, the quality just isn't nearly as good.

Well you will be double pleased with the R-Spec, I think the low end is to much, but the topend is great lots of R's and some left over. I will have a full report of the Texas Biggie next week. I will fill you in on how the new engine is running and if your down their tell Ron Hey!!

does tower hobbies sell this Hyper head and how much is it? And this hyper head is for .12 right?
Also i have a question about the warrenty on this engine. I know OS doesn't give a warrenty on this engine but what if it has a defect?

ok i went to tower hobbies and the Hyper head was $33, while the original TR-T head is $51, how come the Hyper head is cheaper since it's so good for the TR-T?
Also tower hobbies had the R-Spec head too, but it didn't show a pic. Would the R-Spec head fit the TR-T and cool better than the original head and the Hyper head?
