1, 2, 3. AE labels a little different. I'm using the kit #3 and they work great.
i do believe some setups are using Losi 56 or 57...
or drilling out AE blanks to setup is an option.
Springs are Silver / Green if memory serves me correctly.

I think this chart is really nice, but it is not entirely accurate...I have been running 31/104 64p and according to this chart that wont fit.

4.0 FDR with 17.5 no boost is a good starting point. Some people run a tooth higher to range int the 3.8ish range overall.
Basically, run a pinion that is 1/2 the size of the spur, whether 48 or 64 pitch.
