Go back to your brown ft spring & adjust your slipper , if to tight you will kill on-power steering...

1. Definetely go back to brown springs in front.

2. Have you tried the carbon arms? A lot of the team guys do this for more steering, because the stock B4.1 arms flex a little to much for high bite. It does offer quite a bit of steering IMO. Here are the part numbers- 9579 Front, 9583.

3. Do you have the right tires for the track your running on?

Is this your first time running a 2wd buggy? I was looking for more on power steering when I started to run buggy and it honestly doesn't exist, IMO. Using the brakes to turn is the norm. It's one of the reasons 2wd buggies are such a drivers class.

Mostly agree with this... When on throttle weight is lifted from front and transfered to the rear.. You're not going to get any steering if yer constantly 7th gear pinned

Just practice using the brakes. I had a similar problem with the stock tires, then switched to some Bk bars and pink tapers. A lot of my problems went away, but its just a matter of the class. You have to use some brake if you really want to get around corners faster. When I used to run carts with my Grandpa, he'd always tell me not to coast into corners, but to brake before it, and power out of the turn. I run brown ft springs, and silver rear springs, and have plenty of turning. I also moved my shock mounting position to the inside, and it will give you a little more steering. Braking is your friend

Just to add a little to the story..I always heard about how the new 4.1 had all this steering. Spent a couple weeks tuning and asking others about set-ups. Car was good but still had the big on power push. Let a fast guy drive it and he said the car was good. This told me what I already thought, I had to change my drving style not the car. I was never one to use a lot of brake to get a car to turn, as in braking while turning but it seems that's the way it is with a 2wd buggy. I no longer have any steering issues since changeing my driveing style, other than at times I can get the car to turn too much.

I have also heard that if you move the front spindles to the down position it will give even more steering

I'm running the 30* caster blocks. No it's not my first time running 2wd buggy, but it is in a while. I havent raced buggy seriously in about 8 yrs. and I only ran losi back then. I've been getting spoiled with steering and traction running nothing but touring car. I will certainly try the brown springs again in the front, but what about the rear? Do I stick with the silver or go back to the green? The car even at this point is leaps and bounds better than it was but I still feel like I'm missing something even if it's a small thing. I will check the slipper also. Thanks for all the help and keep it coming.

Browns in front, #5 heavier oil in front to slow down the weight transfer. For front tires I like Scrubs with the rear foams that come with them. Allot of guys like a softer foam in them.

i recently finished a factory B4.1 and when i pull the gas the transmission just slips i tightened the slipper and the diff and it still slips i dont understand why. please help.

found the problem i accidentally left out one of the washers in the diff oops so now that i've put that back in and readjusted the slipper and the diff it runs perfectly.

Hmmmmm My antenna broke at the track a little bit ago and I... I've just been letting it run loose in my truck Do I really need to have an antenna that sticks out of the body? Its an indoor track and my radio has a good range.. Am I able to just rap it and leave it under the body? I haven't picked up a receiver for my buggy yet but I was planning on doing it in my B4 too..
