Oh boy. You know she is going to find out sooner or later. Us guys arent smart enough to hide stuff forever. Good luck man. Take her out for a nice dinner. Make sure she pays because now you are broke! Haha!!

I just sell off my older stuff before I buy new, then when i order new I send it to the office.. By the time I'm playing with it, it just appears as the same "amount" of rc.. so no harm with the lady. Get the new goods, and don't accumulate too much..

Wow I'm super lucky, my wife has encouraged my RC habbit for the last ten years since we've been together. She actually tells me "you should just buy it" can ya believe it? She's the best! I do work very hard and she stays home and home schools the kids but I still feel guilty when I make purchases since I know I don't usually "need" it just "want" it.

I just got in a 21 tooth pinion I am going to try out with the MM 2200kv, I have a 15 tooth on here now. As far as being planted I totally agree. This buggy likes to jump and is smooth if your timing is right.

I keep getting the question from my wife...." That's all you need right " " When you going to sell the other one you bought "

I just ordered 6 Gens Ace 4s hardcase batteries and have a slew of other stuff in mind. Because I have the stuff sent to my brothers business I am able to get away with a little more.

Katyrc.com!
I can't wait it is only 15 minutes from my house and opens 4-15-11! I will have to practise practise practise!

Do you guys know any website or videos on how to drive better and choose good lines? I would really like to be a competetive driver and maybe join a REAL race in the future!
However I am still a noob and need tons of practise time!!

Just rebuilt my front, center and rear diff as well. The oils were BLACK!!! All were slightly leaking so I sanded them down and cleaned them good! She is one quiet buggy now!

What shock oils are you guys running BTW? I think I need to add heavier in the rear.

Not sure of videos to watch, but I will give you my advice. Go to a race and just watch for the day. Look at the TQ listing after the first heat. Watch the guys who set the TQ in the 2nd heat. You can learn the lines to run this way. Another great way to learn the fastest lines to take is go and watch touring cars run sometime. If you are 6 inches off the line in touring car, it will kill you a second a lap when laps are in the 12 second range that can be large gap.

With the colder temps here in PA, we are still running 25 wt all around and it seems to be doing fine. I expect to bump up to 35 wt when the temps begin to rise.
