It works great. This is one of 8 Turnigy packs that me and several of my friends ordered and we have had zero issues.

If you have to order from overseas I recommend paying for the express shipping option. The packs will get to you in about a week or less. And if you can, do like we did and buy several as a group and split the shipping charges.

I called Amainhobbies today. Know what the representative said to me when I mentioned Hobby king?

"Remember, you get what you pay for".

LOL... how can I possibly respond to that? hahahaha....

I want to just get me a 4s hard-pack at least 5000mah. Under 149.00 bucks it's like, forget it! I look at hobby king and stuff... and I get scared.

Bah...

I've been using this one with my 1800kv motor and can run a 10min. main easily. It's light too:

Looking good Greg, what made you decide to do away with the esc fan? Was it purely to route the cables for the battery under the guard?

With regards to the wing stand offs, i got the RC8Be FT kit as well and got the plastic ones. Just had a look through AE's complete parts list and you only get the blue aluminium ones with the wing mount kit. (AS89021).

Looking good man, looking good. It's a shame we have to get these things dirty. Do you have an ideas for the shell? Post the shell when you get it done.

Sweet, i'll need to go get one ordered up. Is the fit spot on or does it need a little something to get a proper grip?

It actually took a little ingenuity to get it to fit. Luckily another guy that posted on here had just installed one. I had to change out that pivot ball on the end link. The stock one has a huge end on it. I had to go with a standard size one. I just happened to have one from some suspension spare parts I had. And you need to use the inside hole. Other than that, it fits without touching anything.

I had to switch these... I'm running the smaller one now. Larger is what comes installed when you build it.
