Only a few. Every time i pull mine out of my radio case i get compliments. 2 guys so far have bought the radio after holding mine, and 2 more are buying before the end of the year now.

commonsenserc.com has the EX-10 case with foam cut out and even holds it with the drop down wheel extension too. Just go to thier website and look for CASE-KOPRO and you can also have your local hobby shop order it too.

You are wrong about "couldn't be happier".
Wait until you install the drop down option and angling the wheel to a more comfortable position...AWESOME!
That Commonsense hard case really protects your investment too.

Bill and John, I was super close to ordering that case yesterday. That's it... Im ordering it right now! The drop down wheel is in the garage waiting to be installed. I know I'm going to love it. Now if only ko didn't have their receivers on backorder... my lhs shows both of their distributers as out of stock. Oh well

similar to the Speedline Brand radio cases, they actually have a cut out area for the DSM antenna where this case from Common Sense is for the earlier generation Helios radio which uses the now old version telescopic antenna..
just an observation

Actually the case i have has a cut out for the Module out of the radio, and it has a slot for the radio when the module is in the radio. The Antenna just for forward towards the front of the radio. During a race day, i will leave it there, but between weekends i pull the module.

I have an old KO EX-1 27mhz FM radio, can I merely swap out the old FM module for a new 2.4ghz TX module and be up to the new digital standards?
On the contrary. I think it was great that they design the radio to except the original FM module. I still run Fm. This allows me to run 2.4ghz or FM. Also those who bought the Older module 2.4ghz they too can run that system on this radio. Oh yea what about the Mini Z guys; they have a different module also that can be used with this radio. I think KO design the most versitle radio that is backwards compatable with older KO systems.
Thanks KO!!!!!!!!

Thanks for that. I also emailed KO to see what they say. On the other hand, if I buy a new KO 2.4ghz radio, can I use it for 2 different cars if I get an extra receiver for the second car?

does the eurus has the "throttle preset" feature that i can assign on the push switches (B1 or B2)?
i've checked the online manual and i coudn't find it..
but under "setup", it is written that i can assign all functions on the buttons.. i.e. throttle brake, punch etc..
will this be the same as the "throttle preset"?
TIA
