I have a two maybe 2" strips on each side as well as on the inside of my body. Not only do you not have to worry about losing body clips, it's faster taking it on and off. I'd go and take a picture for you but my buggy is all the way downstairs...

I tried out the t4 composite chassis on my b4 today. It ws pretty fast in the turns as I expected, but it suffered from lack of initial turn in. It would understeer very bad, but it was smooth and stable around fast turns. I had the shocks laid all the way in front and rear with 30wt all around. I think I will go down to 27.5 all around, green springs in back, and see if the turn in improves at all. It was my first time driving a b4 on the track and it was challenginge weaving through all of the short course mayhem! So many SC trucks flying and spinning around on the track. I broke a rear arm (it was a carbon arm) and I also smoked the rear inner bearings. Replaced both items and went the rest of the day without any other breakage. I did manage to blow out the left front shock. I will replace the shaft and put a new seal kit in it soon.

You are right. The buggy did loos some steering, but I feel that if I increase the drag brake just a little bit I might be able to get more steering with weight transfer. I'm not sure what degree the caster blocks are. They are ft blue aluminum ones that came on the car. I thought about picking up some stock plastic ones to play with the caster, but it was the first night out and I figured I would try it as is. Do you have a reccomendation for any specific caster block that would improve steering? By steering I mean initial turn in.

Also, glueing the saver can be a temporary fix, it will over time kill your servo.

Just bought a RTR b4.1 brushless to race in buggy class... Pretty excited. Read alot about them and it seems like they are great other then needing a faster servo and better tires...so i picked up a hitec 625mg and proline suburbs...Should be perfect for the small indoor track i go too!
