Tmaxx reverse

You'll need something to use as spacers. I used a few cents worth of aluminum tubing, another guy here used plastic tubing, another used washers, and a 4th used electrical tape. Hey it worked! And we all used a small grub screw to secure the gear to the shaft. There are lots of ways to do it, just depends on what's available to you, and whether you feel like doing it or not.

The 2nd pic shows the parts you'll be discarding.



This is how the gears lay in when you're done.

would you post this up as a step by step possibly i would rather use your grey matter than mine

If you don't want to think about it, the forward only conversion linked in post #4 might be just the ticket for you. If you just want to do it and not figure out the details, I guess I might be able to post a step by step, but where's the fun in that? Well, I've got a few other things to work on at the moment, but if I find the time to put this trans back to it's original condition, and start from scratch......eh....I'll see what I can do.
