It might be the spec-r bd5 diff i have been running one in my tc5 i had to add a lot off shims to get it to fit but looks like it would fit the tc6 i will let you know i have a tc6 that should arrive thursday.

You can put the link on either side depending on what bumbsteer you want. With 6degree caster you need to put in on that side to make the link level and have neutral bumbsteer.

I used 50wt AE shock oil in the diff.

The blades fit but the ball at the end of the driveshaft is slightly too big. You can either drill the out the outdrives or use a different axle.

I got the Yokomo version of the diff to test now but havent tried it yet. It is quite a bit lighter than the SpecR and in my opinion looks and feels like its better quality.

WOW!

It is thin oil ... compared to diff ae 1000

Why so thin? Thick was bad ?

Can you tell advice?

About gear diff, from yokomo bd5 it is possible to put it to tc5, only one washer 0.7mm and some "dremel" job

in joint.

Nice to know all this info so once I get mine I can go straight to what works. The gear diff seems to be the way to go.

BD5(mfg. by yok) diff fits, You need to grind the ball of the bone or drill out the cups. the blades fit with just a little sanding. Keven and I ran 80 wt ae oil at the champs.

Most the guys that run the TC5 at my track run Photon gear diffs. TC6 would be the same I would think.

Its a straight drop in, you can keep the drive shafts and blades, you will need to dremel a bit though.
