esc wont explode by using lipo with it. just make sure you check your lipo's voltage every 20mins of play for example. make sure it's voltage does not fall below 3.2v or it will bloat. lipo voltage checker can be bought at rc hobby store

Default Racing Scene in Singapore

Hello

I am moving to Singapore next week from the UK, and am keen to continue RC racing. I normally race 10th scale electric touring cars, but am also interested in racing 10th scale electric off road.

Apologies for being lazy, as I am sure I could find the answers on this forum if I searched long enough but I would really appreciate it if you could tell me :

1. What the most popular form of electric racing is in Singapore - is it offroad or touring cars?

2. Where are the race meeting held - and how often?

Thanks in advance for your help - hopefully I will see you at the race track in the near future.

Hi Paul, both 1/10 electric touring cars and offroad buggies are popular over here. We've got a great EP onroad and offroad track and shop called Racecraft Infinity situated at Bottle Tree Park. You can check out pics from the recently concluded NOOB 1/10 EP Offroad Buggy Series by just clicking on the link below...

go to orchard plaza, level 2. swan model and trading. everything you need is in TT-01, great chassis, you may want to change aluminimum parts in the future. can try going to SGdrifters website to look at various drift meets in different locations.
